As all the necessary documents of evidences had been properly attached to this serious protest Petition Letter for your office Perusal and for the necessary action on this subject matter, we count on the powerful capabilities of your good offices to expedite the necessary action in allaquity to get a proper and genuine Justice for the victims, Complainants, Petitioners and their family members in all ramification, through this Petition with other documents of evidence attached and re-attached to this serious protest petition letter for you and your office perusal to give you and your other office staff/officials a clear-cut and genesis of the incident, in order to let the justice should be allowed to roll down like a water, as we all know that; “there can be no peace without justice”!

While we hope that your office intervention in this matter of public interest will never allow the travesty of justice and unnecessary favoritism, which is now percifulled and characterized in the present situation, upon the provisions of the criminal code, exclusive with the certain exceptions, which provided that the case and the offences committed by this afforementioned Defendants are liable to the tries and punish under the law, so far, and the Provided that the offender’s shall not be punished to any greater extent than was authorized by the relevant provisions of the law mean for it’s same offences.

Consequently, as we are of the strong notion that your office intervention is imperative and inevitable at this material time, as we are of the fervent notion that the absolute compliance with the rule of law, equity, fairness, justice and due process in the common interest of due procedure will come out with vocal, and in the countdown to the legal success for the complainants, victims and petitioners, and it will serve as a deterrent for any other notorious criminal that have the same idiosyncratic tendency of diabolical plan to defrauded other living fellows without fear of its consequences and the immediate serious order of your reputable offices will indeed enlivened the hope and optimism of genuine Nigerians that the bank of justice is not yet actually bankrupt.

And it will allow the “victims of this matters most especially, the Complainants and Petitioners with their family members and it’s environments” to have peace and rest of mind, if the peace should be given a chance and it will feed fat on the long awaited hope for a better.

As we are formally requesting your good office to intervene in this matter as the APEX person and offices in the Temple of Justice before the other remnants of impersonator, attackers/ fraudsters stage violent attack(s) and their lawless culprits in support of their allegedly godfather stage their further attacks of fraud and corrupt activities on other people of the communities.

In view of this and other indubitable fact that jungle rule of delusive demagogues and desperadoes are being satanically entrenched and performed by the so called defendants in this petition and other evidences documents attached and re-attached to this main petition for your office and next investigative panel to perusal, in order to give you and your reputable office’s the clean, clear and genuine direction to take for the drastic action against the all the defendants in this petition and its attached with re-attached.

As it is also observed in this matter that the whole actions of those defendants abhinitio, had been premised on fraud, attacked, assault, corrupt practices, stealing, thief, insult, threat to life, blackmailing and attempted murder with other criminality of frivolity, illegality, callousness and unmitigated barbarism evidences.

In tune with the fundamental ethos of our organization as a reputable Non-Governmental Human Rights Organization (NGO), that are resolutely and absolutely committed to defending the fundamental rights of the people in on the principle of equity, justice and fairness to all, we embarked on a radical independent research and investigation with a view to authenticating the veracity of empherical report, consequent upon this as we proceeded in the course of our investigation on all this issues, we were reliably informed from impeccable sources that a lot of people have suffered the similar fate in the hands of these suspected defendants in this petition and it’s attached evidences and re-attached.

A hint which makes us deduced that all this defendants are professional emeritus fraudsters and attackers, which their fraudulent practices were confirmed and it was observed that all their claimed to be this and that under their name and style were intentionally meant to serve as a bait to trap unsuspected victims, which the Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice decries this attacked/fraudulent practices and it’s perpetrators.

In view of this, we hereby enlist and implore you and your good office’s to treat this Cases/Matters with the full rigour of the law in order to save other people from falling prey, as we count on the powerful capabilities of your reputable office’s in expediting the necessary action for a…
