In compliance with professional Juristic legal advice and pronouncement of Hon. Justice late Kayode ESO (as then was) in the case of Ransome Kuti v. Attorney-General of the Federation (1985) 2 NWLR (Pt.6) 211, 229-230, with the case of Saude v. Abdullai (1989) 4 NWLR (Pt.116) 387, 418-419.
And in accordance with the word of James Jefferson, who say’s … “all tyranny needs to gain a foothold, is for the people of the good conscience to remain silent”, it is on this note that the CENTRE for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ) will never renege in our crusading fervor in fighting injustice, nepotism, nonsensical criminality mentality of local/environment notorious attackers and any other crime Perpetrator’s, mediocrity, abuse of office’s, Power inttorsication, political manipulation, violation of fundamental Human Rights, skullduggery and other vices that are bedeviling our independent country, societies and it’s authentic Citizens.
As the “CHRSJ” Properly and absolutely discovered the series of discreapancies with poncarturious competitious naconic nacunal from the side of all the defendants of this petition, based on our organization’s independent Investigative research with authentic evidences to prove this matter beyond the reasonable doubt in any where in the whole world and any competent offices with it’s jurisdiction that mean for this type of matters/offences against it’s Perpetrator’s, and to authenticate the veracity of empherical reports before you and your reputable office Panel/Committee of enquiry to this bitter complaints of the victims and Petitioners.
In view of this make us to have a strong notion that your reputable offices intervention is imperative and inevitable at this material time in the cases of this victims/ complainants of this Petition, since all the aforementioned Police officers and other government officials had been done their best, but all their efforts were on vain and fruitless, due to the overweight and overwhelming capacity of the allegedly notorious attackers/ defendants of this Petition, which it’s advisable to absolutely prepared the next investigative panel to this matter well, in order to let them perform professionally in line of professionalism as a Professional in their Profession, been an absolutely trained Professor’s.
As we count on the powerful capabilities of your good offices to expedite the necessary action in a jiffy and also wish to inform your office that guided by the law of the land that the complainants, Victims and petitioners are ready to substantiate all the allegations raised and leveled against the defendants in this Petition letter, whenever we are called upon to do so.
Finally, as we are formally requesting your good office’s to intervene in this matters/Cases, we expect your response in using the rule of law, due Process and democratic procedure in the judgment of this matters, as against the rule of brigandage exercises/draconian law dramatized by the those allegedly suspected defendants of this Petition, which made all other former intervention body lack the authority to enforce their constitutional duty than to involved in the indubitable fact that jungle rule of delusive demagogues desperadoes that are being satanically entrenched in their side as a smack of flaws, bias, prejudice, insincerity, travesty of justice and undemocratic favouritism with barbaric conspiracy.
